Perhaps my favorite memory of my time at the Applebee’s I’m at now will be the first time I ever threw away an aerosol whipped cream container.
"What are you doing?!" B. Doggy exclaimed, and for a moment I feared that perhaps I actually did something wrong, like maybe we had a bin for recyclables or such.
Instead, there was the whole issue of the can indeed being out of whipped cream but still having, well, a “nang" I guess. Sometimes—but not often, of course—the "nang" disappears first and then the managers aren’t very happy. But generally I like the way things are handled at our Applebee’s, because while we may not recycle the cans, we at the very least make sure the entire contents have been totally used up.
